Key Dates • Registration opens: 15 July | for online registration and submission of abstracts please fill out the registration form. • Registration closes: 15 September • Conference: 7-11 October • Full paper submission: 15 November   REGISTRATION FEES • Virtual attendance: 50 Euro [250 lei] (it includes: access to the online section of the conference; conference materials and participation diploma); • In person attendance: 70 Euro [350 lei] (it includes conference materials, participations diploma, coffee breaks, lunch and gala dinner on 8 October); • Technical excursion: 100 Euro [500 lei] (it includes transportation, accommodation, lunch and dinner for 9 and 10 October during the technical excursion in Bucovina/Bukovina - North-Eastern Romania); the detailed itinerary will be posted shortly. • Applicants can only send one paper proposal as first author. The Program will not consider more than one paper proposal from the same applicant. • Registration is effective after full receipt of payment. The submitter must be (one of) the presenting author(s). All future correspondence will in fact be sent to the submitter (If more than one co-author wishes to participate, they have to register with the same paper info and pay the conference fee).
